Thailand or Costa Rica?

Hi,

I want to go for 3 weeks somewhere. I narrow it down and I decided it will be either Thailand or Costa Rica.

I mainly want to relax by the beach. It will also be fun to take some diving lessons, see wildlife, and party a little.

I don’t know how they differ.

Any suggestions? What is there to do in both?

We got the 10 minute safety instruction and then went off the end of the boat. I had no fear, been snorkling for years. I got mabey 1 to 2 feet below the surface, at best, but I could not get a decent lung full of air. I sucked as hard as I could but just had a thin stream of O2. So I had one of the boats divers check my regulator and they said everything was fine. I went down again but still couldn't suck

Costa Rica 2012 - Scuba Diving
