Question by wickedvinny: travelling to cebu?
Hi, I would be travelling to cebu for business for two weeks but would have the weekends to explore..
1. What are the absolute must sees or must dos in cebu ?
2. I dont know to swim and now dont have time to learn before i go to cebu,.. but can i still go for scuba diving ???

Answer by meg gIf you are in Cebu City itself, see the Sto. Niño Shrine. Nightlife is pulsating there with lots of 5 star
